Refund Policy

1. Scope

This refund policy applies to all paid services (subscriptions and standalone purchases) offered through VocaVision AI (vocavision.app). Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record.

2. Refund Conditions

2-1. Full Refund

A full refund is available when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Within 14 days of purchase
  • Paid content has not been used (no study sessions started)

2-2. Pro-rated Refund

A pro-rated refund based on the remaining period may be issued when:

  • Within 14 days but paid content has been used
  • After 14 days from the purchase date

Refund amount = Purchase price × (Remaining days ÷ Total subscription days)

2-3. Non-refundable Cases

  • Subscription period has expired
  • Account suspended due to Terms of Service violation
  • Services provided free through promotional/discount codes

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Purchase date and amount
  • Product name
  • Reason for refund

4. Processing Time

  • Refund approval: 1-2 business days after request
  • Refund credit: 3-7 business days after approval, depending on payment method

5. Subscription Cancellation

When you request to stop auto-renewal, you can continue using the service until your current subscription period ends. After that, your account will automatically convert to the Free plan. Your learning progress is preserved.

6. Merchant of Record

Payments for vocavision.app are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for international transactions. Paddle's refund terms may also apply. For payment-related inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly, though we recommend reaching out to us first at support@vocavision.app.
