VocaVision AI ("Company") collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:
- Member registration and management
- Service and content delivery
- Payment processing and settlement
- Customer inquiry and complaint handling
- Service improvement and new service development
Article 2 (Information Collected)

- Service usage logs
- Learning progress data
- IP address, browser type, device information
4. Payment (Paid Services)
- Payment information (processed via Paddle; the Company does not store card details directly)
Article 3 (Retention Period)
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled. However, information may be retained as required by applicable laws:
- Records of contracts or subscription withdrawal: 5 years
- Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years
- Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
- Website access logs: 3 months
Article 4 (Disclosure to Third Parties)
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties in principle. Exceptions include:
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law or requested by law enforcement following legal procedures
